Main Floor = has 1bedroom with a queen bed and access to full bath, living room with fireplace, full kitchen and dining room all on this floor with great views of the lake. Upstairs Floor= has Master Bedroom with a king size its own bathroom and large sitting area, and access to the hot tub room, with a balcony for coffee in the morning. Downstairs (water level)= has two sets of bunk beds and queen bed. Access to lower deck with sitting area and an outdoor shower. |

WE relaxed, swam, watched the sun set and enjoyed the deck. The bed was very comfortable and we had ample room through out..WE look forward to returning this year!!

My family loved our weekend getaway at this property! It was clean, well furnished, and provided everything we needed and more. The deck is enormous and has incredible views of the lake. My husband and I spent our mornings drinking coffee and listening to the sounds of nature - so relaxing! The house has ample eating space (inside and out) and the bedrooms have plenty of room for adults and kids. The fireplace provided ambiance for our evening family time and the kids still talk about how much fun they had at the downtown Granbury square and at Fossil Rim. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be returning!

This is a great place for a large family gathering, the deck is huge with plenty of space for all to enjoy. We had fun fishing off of the lower deck and enjoying beautiful sunrise and sunset views. The owner was very helpful and responsive to our request. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others.
