House in newer subdivision and close to alot of amenities. Fully furnished three year old house, has 55" TV in living area and 40" TV in Master bedroom. Internet, WiFi, and cable tv is supplied, with new refrigerator, washer and dryer. Green valley recreation facilities are available for renters monthly fee. This retirement area has all the amenities you will need and then sum. Also it is only 30 miles from Tucson, AZ. We live here also and can answer any questions you might have, at anytime Terry R. This property far exceeded our expectations. The house is big and had everything we could have wanted. The interior was new, modern and beautifully done. It looked like it was done by a professional designer. The master is huge and has a king bed and a large screen TV. There is another large screen TV, and a new comfortable sofa (that reclines) and a recliner in the living room. The kitchen comes completely equipped with new appliances. The hosts Terrell and Eileen were most gracious and answered any and all questions, including questions about a property we are buying. Just bring your bring your clothes and toiletries, everything else is provided for you. There is not one negative thing I could say about this property. If you choose to stay here you will not be sorry. Thank you Terrell and Eileen for a great stay.

Just returned from a 5 night stay at a truly wonderful rental property. Neat, clean and well decorated and well supplied. The location was convenient and easy to find. We stayed January and February 2018. From the first moment stepping into the property, we knew we had made a great decision. Clean, fresh smelling, homey, and plenty of room to spread out. Fully equipped--everything worked! Owners even had a welcoming bottle of wine. We are coming back in 2019 and 2020.
