The private heated pool features a water-slide that the young (and young at heart) will LOVE and a covered pool deck where you can relax with family and catch the game on TV while cooking out. The gourmet kitchen features high end stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with service for 12 and all the cooking tools you need to cook for your friends and family.
This beautiful home features 5 bedrooms with 1 king Master bedroom featuring a stunning walkout to the back yard where you can escape it all. Imagine sipping your morning coffee or unwinding at the end of the night with a glass of wine. This bedroom also features a stunning en-suite bathroom with double sinks and huge walk in closet There are 2 additional King bedrooms, one queen bedroom and a great bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds (totaling 4 twin beds). With details like clapboard walls and bead-board ceilings it is sure to excite the little travelers accompanying the grown ups.
A huge dining room will feature a large dining table where everyone can gather for morning breakfast before heading to the beach or come together for dinner with sun-kissed noses after a day spent in the sun.
The large great room will feature big comfy couches to lounge around with the family, watching a movie or catching up on some Netflix!
This house will have a fully stocked garage with beach cart, beach chairs and a beach buggy to get it all down the street to the most beautiful beaches you'll ever see.
Take the free trolley to Bean Point, or down to historic Bridge Street. Eat at restaurants like Beach Bistro, Chateau Anna Maria, grab burger's at Skinny's, or watch the sunset at the Sandbar. Go parasailing, take a sunset cruise or paddleboard on the crystal clear blue waters in the Gulf of Mexico.

Cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival result in a refund of 70% of the grand total. In the event the reservations that exceed $20,000 or 30+ days, cancellations must be made at least 45 days prior to arrival in order to receive 70% of the grand total. Rental costs, as well as other protected nonrental fees, will be refunded as long as the terms and conditions are met. Excluded items from the third-party booking fees, and travel insurance. Please allow up to 10 days after your written cancelation for your refund to be processed. |

We stayed in the house from January 7-21, 2022. We live in Illinois and our weather in January is usually very cold. January temperatures in Florida aren't always the warmest so having a warm pool with a hot tub is a top priority. All 4 of our children are adults with 2 of them having young children, we were able to stagger arrivals so all of the kids could stay with us while on vacation. In the last 3 years finding a house with 4-5 king beds without being terribly expensive is a challenge. This house has it all!!! 4 of the 5 bedrooms have king beds, 3 of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and the 4th and 5th bedrooms share a bathroom. The 5th bedroom has 2 twin bunks and a twin trundle. The master suite has a small dressing room attached which has a pack and play already set up for a small child. Every bedroom was equipped with a TV. The kitchen is set up with several dishes and plenty of pots and pans for cooking. The house had games, plenty of cards and had toys for the young kids in our group. The area to watch TV was plentiful with comfortable furniture. The deck upstairs off the kitchen had plenty of furniture to seat us all comfortable outside. The outdoor refrigerator was a nice convenience. The pool area was a bit small for our family but did not get in the way of having fun. The pool and hot tub were the warmest we have found in Florida. The pool area has full grown landscaping but we still had sun on the pool until 4:00, with that we enjoyed the pool until much later then moved to the hot tub. The slide was a hit with the kids of all ages!!! Upon arrival the pool was 70* but within 2 days we had an 85* pool and we were able to heat the hot tub warm enough to enjoy it well after sundown. We did not use the grill but it was available if we wanted to. Plenty of beach items were found in the garage. The pool had noodles and balls for the adult kids to use. The shallow area by the hot tub was perfect for the little kids. The location of the house is far enough away from gulf drive but you do need the car to go eat. The beach is 2.5 blocks away and was easy to get to on foot! On our 2nd day we found 60 perfect sand dollars ranging from 2 to 4 inches. As for beach retreats, they were very easy to get ahold of, very responsive and communication was easy and quick. Loved the communication screen by the front door!! It was easy to use and quite informative. The only thing that my adult children would have liked was a pool table or ping pong table in the garage for things to do on the 2 chilly/rainy days. If you are looking for criticism on this house you will not find it from me, it is a clean great home with everything you would need. We have been coming to Anna Maria for 8 years and have stayed in different homes every year in search of the perfect home. I think we have found it and hope to be able to stay again. To the owner of this home... thank you for the opportunity to rent your place, it is a great home and we enjoyed it immensely!!

House was in great condition. One guest had a small issue with a closet door. Might suggest not having a plant with thorns near the pool. It put holes in our beach ball !!! Pool was great and a lot of fun. Especially the water slide.
