Cancellation Policy :
CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CONFIRMATION: If a reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of confirming your reservation (Reservations are Confirmed after the 50% Reservation Deposit has been processed), you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid.
CANCELLATIONS AFTER 24 HOURS OF CONFIRMATION: All reservations that are cancelled 24 hours after the fifty percent (50%) Reservation Deposit has been processed or paid will incur a minimum cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the total invoice charges.
Example: After making your Reservation Deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total invoice, and you notified us to cancel your reservation, only fifty percent (50%) of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded to you, which is 25% of the total invoice charges.
CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 21 DAYS OR LESS OF ARRIVAL DATE: Reservations that are cancelled within twenty-one (21) days or less of the Arrival Date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total charges of the subsequent Reservation Invoice.
Example: If you made a Reservation Deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total invoice, and cancelled your reservation within 21 days or less of your Arrival Date, you will not receive a refund
CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 7 DAYS OR LESS OF ARRIVAL DATE: Reservations that are cancelled within seven (7) days or less of the Arrival Date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent.
