Privately owned condominium unit at the Futura Yacht Club in the Village of Islamorada. Futura is located on the Gulf of Mexico and is a gated complex consisting of 70 units. Enjoy wonderful Bay views and Stunning Sunsets from our two bedroom / two bath condominium unit. Stay in touch with family & friends with dedicated Wi Fi.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, en suite bathroom with tub/shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds with en suite shower. If your children are small, we have a porta crib, hi chair and various toys, videos and games.
Our condo has a full kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender & breakfast bar. All linens & utensils are provided. There is a separate dining room that seats 5 people.

The area offers a wide array of local artisan shops and boutiques. The restaurants are diversified, from many gourmet restaurants to fun dockside dining within a 10 mile area.

The condo has everything you might possibly need for your stay, beach towels, chairs, 2 bikes, tennis rackets, all needed in the kitchen and much more. My husband and I spent a week there and traveled to the State Parks near by, Kew West is only two hours by car, beautiful restaurant on the beach walking distance by mile 88, which you cannot miss once you are there, we also spent a lot of time by the huge pool that is there, you cannot go wrong with this place. Susan was very helpful and lovely, we thank you Susan for sharing your condo with us and wish you the best :-) Radka & Libor.

We just rented this condo last week and had an amazing time. We met Susan at her house to pick up the keys and she was more than accommodating. She offered up suggestions of things to do and places to eat. When I mentioned that I was going to buy a fishing pole to do some fishing she loaned me two of her own! When we arrived at the condo we found it clean and everything was in good working order. The first thing that strikes you when u walk in is the brightness of the living room. There\'s is a long mirror that reflects the view of the water and makes the whole place light up. There are beach chairs and coolers and the private beach is the perfect place to watch the sunset! Great restaurants are within a 5-10 min drive. The worst thing about this condo was leaving it! We will definitely rent it again!

The condo was bright and cheerful. The furnishings were very comfortable and the kitchen extremely well equipped. It was the best provisioned property that I have rented. We were impressed with the myriad of activities in the area. We loved Theater of the Sea. We snorkeled with Florida Dives, took the glass bottom boat from John Pennekamp State Park, went deep sea fishing and rented kayaks. With some energy left, we spent a day in Key West. I highly recommend the property.

The Condo and the Futura Yacht Club was a great choice for us to stay in. We had one condo and our children had another condo. The condo had everything we needed, it was very clean and comfortable. Our grandchildren had a ball swimming and playing in the pool. They loved searching the grounds for the lizards. We had a BBQ, listened to the radio at the pool and colored Easter Eggs with the kids. One day my husband and I walked down to the beach area and relaxed in the chairs. We were close to some wonderful restaurants, and ate twice at Marker 88 and did some shopping. Spent another day at Theater of the Sea with the grand kids. We went to my dad\'s house, he lives in Islamorada, and spent two days their fishing and swimming. Our time in the condo went very fast, the next time we visit we might have to make our vacation a little longer.

Overall property was nice, neat and not too busy. The swimming pool was warmish, which would have been awesome during the cool months, but not when it\'s already warm outside. We still enjoyed it. The family enjoyed the fishing from the beach area and dock.

Recently stayed at Susan\'s condo in Futura Yacht Club with our teenage son. We found all aspects of the accommodations suited our needs. Susan was available thru the whole process and gave us necessary local information to make our stay pleasant. Condo was clean, comfortable and contained all necessary kitchen accessories for a week stay. They have a great pool and marina area including nice place for sunsets. We were greeted by a manatee in the marina the first day. Great location for easy day adventures to include snorkeling, kayaking, and relaxing in the sun at various beaches. We preferred the less hectic scene away from Key West and this location delivered. We would have no hesitation booking this rental again. One piece of advice. DO NOT miss going to M.E.A.T., a local burger and tap room just a short 1/2 mile walk from your condo. Nationally recognized. One of the best burgers we\'ve ever had.
