Rate Details: $3,375 to $4,600/month depending on season. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties. Please call the office. Additional Charges: $230 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit:$500 with accidental damage insurance $1000 without. Utility Caps/Mo: $ 150 electricity. Condo Application Fee: There is a required application and $100 fee charged by the condo association. Travel Insurance: This is an optional service offered through CSA Travel Protection. For details please click contact us. Accidental Damage Insurance: This insurance is also optional. The price is $45 per reservation and covers up to $3000 of accidental damage to the property during your stay. Please note: We are not licensed in the states of NY and HI and cannot offer either of these insurances to guests from these states.
