Additional Rate Information

Rate Details: Rent is $4000/month to $5250/month depending upon season.  Monthly rentals are from the 1st day of the month to the last.  If your plans are  less than a month we may be able to help with other properties.  Please call the office.   Additional Fees: $230 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent; $100 condo application fee; 12.5% state and local taxes.   Refundable Security Deposit:  Refundable Security Deposit: $500 with accidental damage insurance or $1,000 without.   Utility Caps/Mo: There is a cap on the utilities of $200 for electricity.  The owner pays up to this amount.  If there is an overage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided.  

 

Optional Insurances:

 

Accidental Damage:  $45  covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay.

Great location! The pool, tiki bar and dock are all top notch. The ocean views are amazing. All equals the perfect family vacation.

We have so much enjoyed staying in this condo, Beacon Reef 222. The condo is very comfortable with a great kitchen and living area. The master bedroom is amazing with a large picture window to view the ocean, the beautiful new dock and the activity during the day. Awake to the beauty of awesome sunrises and multicolored waters. The balcony is where we spend a lot of time taking in the view, reading or enjoying our lunch each day. From this balcony is a spiral staircase leading to the beach below. Easy access, comfortable chairs, a nice tiki hut and walks on the dock, always make our beach time enjoyable! Not to mention the wonderful pool and hot tub. And we found more shells this year than ever before. Our realtor, Andi Saylor, and staff, could not be more accommodating and helpful with our every need. Beacon Reef is a beautiful place with great proximity to many wonderful restaurants and attractions. A keeper for sure!
