#561-1 Water View Inn  (Upper Unit)  This unit is located within a short walking distance to downtown Ketchikan in the popular Water Street area. Water Street is a popular choice because of the harbor view and the close proximity to downtown without being too close. A city bus stop is located one block away! The heart of historic Ketchikan’s downtown district is only 1/2 mile walk from the property.

The Water View Inn has TWO separate units; Both units have the same room design and lay-out with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a separate laundry room in each unit and each unit has an chest freezer for extra fish storage! Both units have a Smart TV for streaming movies. Both units have a nice big deck with the same beautiful harbor view. One nice feature of the Upper Unit is that the back door is even with the street because it is built on a hillside so there isn’t any stairs to enter the Upper Unit. The only difference in the layout of the apartments is the Upper Unit has one queen and two twin beds and the Lower Unit has two queen beds and one extra long twin bed.

These two separate units are connected by an inside lobby area. If you rent both units they can connect to make a large 4 bedroom/ 4 bathroom house with an interior stairway so that you can go from one to the other without going outside. It works well for large groups.
