#607-1 Creek Street Suites (Riley’s Room) is located in the center of historic Creek Street about midway down the boardwalk in the heart of downtown Ketchikan.  This property has 2 private rental units, Riley’s Room and Rowan’s Room, a one bedroom and a smaller studio apartment. Both suites were designed with the vacation travelers in mind. They were both outfitted with everything to make a short or extended stay very comfortable. The suites are on the upper floor of a popular little boutique called, Number 11 Creek Street. The shop is located next to the tram which is handy if you want to go up to the restaurant.  This vacation rental is for the traveler that wants to be downtown where it’s happening. In the summer it can be lively and fun downtown on Creek Street. Nearly everything you would like to see would be a close walk.   Riley’s Room is a 450 sq ft one bedroom unit.  This suite is well designed and very cute. It would be perfect for a single person or a couple.  The living room has a cozy sofa and a TV.  There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a roomy closet. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need. There is a shared laundry room for guests on the lower floor of the building. There is a nice deck that faces the wooded hillside. (Absolutely NO Smoking on Property) This property is not suitable for children.
