The best part of your vacation will be sitting in front of the window or relaxing on the deck watching the sea life and the ever changing activity of this beautiful waterway on the Tongass Narrows. Some of the activity you will see are float planes, boats, ships and whales. Dock space is available for a fee.  This is a duplex with 2 separate rental units. Choose the larger Salmon Suite with three bedroom and two bathrooms or the Driftwood Suite that has two bedrooms and one bath. The 2 units adjoin for the convenience of larger groups of up to 12 people. It is located 8 miles north of town and only about 6 miles to Knudson Cove Marina or Clover Pass Resort. Salmon Suite is approximately 1800 sq ft. with a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also has a living room and an entertainment room. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on the upper floor both of these bedrooms on the upper floor have queen beds. There is one bedroom and a bathroom on the main floor, this bedroom on the lower floor has two extra long twin beds. There is a sofa bed in the living room and an air bed if needed. This unit has a well equipped kitchen and the living room and the entertainment room has plenty of sitting area. There is a formal dining room as well as a breakfast nook. The Salmon Suite has a view from nearly every window, most of the large picture windows face the ocean. This unit has a large private deck with deck chairs and a gas barbecue.  The yard is nicely landscaped with many pretty flowers and shrubs. In the lower yard there is a fire pit with plenty of seating around the fire. The beautiful new dock is perfect for guests who have a boat or maybe you might want to stroll down the dock in the evening to watch the sunset.  It also has a separate private laundry room. There are no stairs into this apartment. It does have interior stairs up to bedrooms but there is one bedroom on the main floor.  This property is completely non-smoking. No smoking is allowed in or on the property.
