New vacation property in the Windsor at Westside resort with 7 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, private pool, and spillover spa. This beautiful home can host up to 14 guests with plenty of space throughout. This spacious and bright home is beautifully decorated throughout and furnished to bring you comfort during your vacation while you're taking breaks from the amazing parks Orlando has to offer.
The living area includes an open great room with cushy sofas and a large TV for your enjoyment. The separate dining area has seating for up to 8 but there is also a breakfast counter. Make all your meals in the fully-equipped kitchen or just enjoy all the delectable restaurants in the area. On the first floor, you'll find the washer and dryer room, the patio with 2 chaise lounges as well as the king main master ensuite. The pool area is brick paved with four sun loungers, patio table, and outdoor seating. Access the pool area from the large patio doors by the living area.
The second floor has six bedrooms with TVs for your entertainment. There is a themed twin bedroom with a walk-in shower. 2 king master ensuites with walk-in showers, A full and twin princess themed bedroom. An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents

Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. If an alternative payment method cannot be used the booking will be canceled.
Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events such as weddings in this vacation home.
The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm.
