Located in a small and well kept subdivision next to a beautiful park, this Kissimmee Florida vacation rental is perfect place for family vacations. Our rental home is just minutes away from Disney, championship golf courses and all that is required for an enjoyable vacation.
This well furnished 3 bedroom house rental Kissimmee is suitable for up to six guests. Ceiling fans in the living room and all three bedrooms . In addition to the TV in the Living Room, there is a TV in the master bedroom.. The master bedroom with a queen-size bed features an attached full bath with garden tub,and shower with a separate dressing area.
The second bedroom has a full size bed, dresser, and nightstand. The third bedroom has two twin beds and two small dressers.. A crib , high chair, and umbrolla stroller are provided for families traveling with children..
The kitchen comes fully equipped with refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware and cookware and features a table for four guests and a breakfast bar for two..
The large living room of this beautiful vacation home rental boasts another dining area with sliding glass doors to the pool. There is an entertainment center, which includes cable TV, VCR and DVD player, books, magazines and games for your amusement.The pool was custom built and is considerably larger than standard size pools. Add to that the southwest exposure and it is an ideal place to relax and unwind. Our fantastic heated swimming pool provides the perfect background for outdoor dining on our screened lanai. The screened lanai and pool area provides privacy and freedom from insects. This relaxing area is equipped with chaise lounges, umbrella table and chairs for relaxation. This Kissimmee vacation home has a barbecue grill as well.
There are tennis courts, basketball courts and a small kiddie playground nearby our child friendly Kissimmee home rental. You can easily access major Florida attractions, shopping centers and quality restaurants for enjoyment. We have just returned from another trip to the Kissimmee area and brought my brother and his wife from Colorado with us. This was our best vacation yet with great weather, wonderful accommodations for two couples, and the pool was ideal. We have talked about making this an annual event. We could not be more pleased with the home and the hospitality extended by Patricia and the managers. Everything was perfect upon our arrival. We had a slight problem when we misplaced the keys to the home. We contacted Patricia and within 10 minutes, a second set of keys was delivered ( we eventually found the keys). Pool is very large and perfect for a family. In the past, we have rented homes with smaller pools and there is no comparison. My family enjoyed every minute of our stay!

This is an excellent base to explore the theme parks and other things the Orlando area has to offer. The house is furnished with everything you need for your stay. If you choose to cook the kitchen is fully equipped, if you want to eat out there is every type of food place on the 192 which is literally around the corner. Getting to all the theme parks as well as venturing further afield is easy as it is so close to the main roads that go everywhere! The swimming pool was great for either me or husband having a leisurely swim or the kids having a splash about. The house was clean, well maintained and the owner was very helpful and quick to reply to any queries. But my advice to her is redo the photos on homeaway as they nowhere do justice to the house!!!! It is lovely and my 6 year old has already said we are returning in 2019!!!!

Very well appointed home in immaculate condition. Close to all theme parks so we could go back and forth often. Shopping and great restaurants all within a mile or two. Two miles from the town of Celebration which is one of our favorite destinations for shopping and dinner. Pool was sparkling clean and patio furniture was very comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. We loved every minute of our stay and cannot wait to go back.
