Outside, you'll find an expansive pool with spillover spa, kiddie pool, a summer kitchen with gas barbecue grill, pool bath, pool alarm and a beautiful lake view! There's also a home theater with a 100" projection screen, Blu-ray player, theater-style seating – plus a game room that features an arcade machine, 42" LCD TV, Nintendo Wii, PlayStation 3, DVD player and Netflix!
The home also includes a spacious patio balcony, formal dining area that seats 10 – plus a loft area featuring a computer with complimentary high speed and Wi-Fi Internet access.
Free high-speed wireless internet and telephone calls (local and long distance USA), free use of all baby equipment.

If the number of persons in this home exceeds 18 at any point in time, including daytime visitors, a mandatory security deposit of $750 will be required. Failure to pay the security deposit will lead to a cancelation of the reservation.
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
Tax is not included in nightly rates
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents

Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. **It is the guest’s responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue and replenish the propane as required.
