Step inside and be greeted by the open and spacious floor plan. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare delicious meals for all. Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find the formal dining table with seating for up to 8 guests. Head towards the living area where you can sit back and relax on the comfortable sofa seating with SMART TV and views of the pool area. Step outside through the large sliding door to the pool area. The pool area features a summer kitchen, outdoor dining table to seat 8, and 6 sun loungers to soak up the Florida sun. After a long day, sit by the pool and lounge by the fire pit.
This villa has more in store for you and your family. Host a family movie night and watch your favorite movies on the 120-inch screen in the theater room with spacious seating for 12 - bar seating for 4 and theater seating for 8. The theater room is fully equipped with Apple TV, PS4, and upgraded cable. On the second floor, there is a loft area that has a pool table that can convert into a card table, a wet bar, and an air hockey table. The loft room also has access to an oversized balcony allowing you a beautiful view of the pool area and conservation area, perfect to sip your morning coffee. There is also a neon black-light games room on the first floor filled with popular multi arcade games such as Golden Tee, Mario Bros, Defender, and many more. Play your favorite video games on the newest Xbox One.
This villa can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests with 3 master suites. The first master suite features a king-size bed, TV, en-suite bathroom, and access to the covered lanai all located on the first floor. The other 2 master suites are located on the second floor with king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, and TVs. The fourth bedroom also located on the second floor has 2 full beds. The fifth bedroom features a twin bed with a twin trundle.

Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival
Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests' responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue and replenish Propane for the BBQ as required.
