The screened in, private pool and spillover spa overlook a beautiful and serene south facing green space. Enjoy the spacious, covered lanai with many chaise loungers, table, chairs and outdoor fan. Preparing meals is easy in the fully equipped kitchen. Relax in the family room with the 55 inch plasma TV, PS3, DVD or the stereo. There is a kitchen nook for casual meals and a formal dining room for entertaining. The laundry room has a brand new, top of the line full size washer and dryer, iron/ironing board and utility sink. All bookings 6 nights or less will be quoted the nightly rate of $225/night or $250/night depending on the season or holiday
A $140 departure cleaning fee is applied to rental periods of 5 nights or less
Departure clean is included in rental amount quoted for periods of 6 days or more
Gas grill, wi-fi and long distance to over 60 countries is included in the rental amount regardless of duration of stay.
An optional $25/day pool heating fee is applied from October -April when quoted for stays during these months. (pool heat is optional but recommended)
Unless otherwise arranged with the owner, check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Owner is flexible with check-in/check-out times.
Accommodation type is self catering: Starter soaps and one roll of toilet paper provided upon your arrival. All subsequent hygienic supplies/cleaning supplies to be replenished by guests.
