This stunning eleven-bedroom, vacation rental, sits within the enviable Encore Club at Reunion Resort in Central Florida. Less than ten minutes away from Walt Disney World, this fantastic vacation home is immaculate throughout and includes a private movie theater, fun games room and breath taking pool with spillover spa. Our guests also benefit from all the amenities within Reunion Resort, including three signature golf courses, designed by golfing legends like Arnold Palmer and a fitness center. There is a freeform, resort style swimming pool, interspersed with tropical palms, a lazy river and some thrilling drop and twist waterslides. Little ones will adore the splash pool, kid’s indoor play area and fun-packed, supervised activities. You can even dine out within Reunion, with six on-site restaurants, including a sushi bar and grill.
One of the highlights of The Contralto is the outdoor living space, with a sparkling, turquoise pool, featuring a spillover spa, which has optional heating. A circular day bed rests by the pool, alongside four sun lounges and a six seat patio table. There’s also a pool half bathroom, great for the kids to use and avoid wet feet indoors.
Interiors are sumptuous, with plush, velvet sofas and accent chairs overlooking the pool and also the contemporary fireplace and large flat-screen TV. Evergreens, orchids and interesting art work make The Contralto a welcoming home. A modern dining table is fringed by six chairs and two benches and faces a beautiful trio of images depicting lotus flowers. The chef in the family will adore the fitted kitchen, equipped with no less than two refrigerators, double ovens, microwave, dishwasher and all required utensils. It also features a superb, granite breakfast bar with seating.
Entertainment is key at The Contralto and you’ll find plenty of flat screen TV’s throughout the property. Each bedroom has its own TV and access to complimentary Wi-Fi. There is a fantastic, home movie theater with seven recliner chairs, so rest up at the end of a fun-filled day and enjoy your favorite movie together. The upper floor features an F1 themed loft area, designed for fun and games. It has a large scrabble game on the wall, an air hockey table, two flat-screen TV’s with PS4 video consoles, four gaming chairs and a multi-arcade game.
Able to accommodate the entire family and then some, The Contralto has eleven bedrooms and ten bathrooms for up to twenty-two guests. On the ground level there are four bedrooms which include three queen rooms and a fantastic, king sized master suite. The master suite benefits from direct access to the patio and has its own ensuite with shower, tub and twin vanities. The three queen bedrooms all feature ensuites; two with a shower and bath combo and the third with an ensuite shower and additional accent chairs. There is also a powder room downstairs.
A further seven bedrooms reside on the upper level, including a gorgeous king sized bedroom with ensuite shower and vanities, which opens out onto a private balcony. The balcony overlooks tropical palms and a peaceful lake, with the stunning villa pool below. Hosting an outdoor lounge, it’s the perfect place to blissfully relax as the sun sets. There is one further king sized bedroom with ensuite shower and two queen bedrooms, one with ensuite shower and twin vanities. There is also a pretty, turquoise suite with two twin beds and an ensuite shower.
Kids will love the ‘Star Wars’ themed bedroom, which features a superb mural, as if looking through the window of a Tie Fighter. Darth Vader cushions on twin beds and an illuminated Star Wars logo completes the look. This bedroom has its own ensuite shower. A pretty ‘Bambi’ themed bedroom houses twin bunk beds and has full use of the family bathroom nearby with shower and twin vanities. There is an additional powder room and laundry room located on this level.
