This ground floor unit sleeps six and has an oceanfront pool. Sit on your covered deck and relax within feet of the ocean and watch your children play on the beach. Quiet and secluded, it is the last set of condominiums before Fort Fisher. Head out of your door and enjoy a walk or bike ride on the paved trails along the ocean.
Your assigned parking spot is 5 feet from your doorstep, so unloading and loading is a breeze. No hike to the car, or upstairs, or to the beach! You can literally hand a drink or snack to someone on the beach from your deck. There really is no other condo like it on the beach.
The inside will entice you as well with all new furniture in the Living Area. Turn on the ceiling fan, crawl in, listen and watch the waves and drift away. You won't want to get up! Awesome panoramic views of the ocean from anywhere in the den or kitchen. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, a 20" flat screen TV, a nice large closet and a great view of the ocean. There are two full size twin bunk beds in the hallway alcove and a brand new sleeper sofa which becomes an air mattress in the den.
On the covered deck you will find two large. tall, and very comfortable deck chairs with a place for your beverages.
The kitchen is well equipped for easy meal preparation during your stay. You can also grill out near the pool. There is a washer and dryer, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, tile counter tops and floors in the kitchen and bathroom and a nice large pantry. There are also blinds, curtains, privacy shades in every room to block the sun so you can sleep in if you like. You won't miss one second of the ocean from this awesome condo.
