An 8 bedroom, 5 bathroom beach house hidden away at the end of a very quiet, no outlet street across from a wooded area makes for a perfect place for your little explorers to play safely and you to enjoy a very peaceful vacation! This house sleeps 16 and is located just 60 seconds away from the "we forgot to buy" Trading Post convenience store. The private deeded beach access is just a one minute walk! Awesome outside shower with hot and cold water! Beautiful salt water pool and 9 person hot tub to enhance your relaxing vacation experience! Once you experience this amazing vacation home, you will want to come again and again!
The third floor boasts 2 king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. On this floor, there is lots of space for everyone to gather in the open concept living with new Living Room Furniture and 60" TV, dining and very large completely updated kitchen area. Even the "gamers" will feel at home as it is equipped with 2 X Box devices and accessories(games/controllers)2 X-Box originals and 1 X-Box 360(not guaranteed).. Your party can move easily through the sliding doors from the living room to the 3rd level deck to enjoy the breathtaking "Atlantic Views" in the early morning sipping coffee while making beach plans for the day and again in the evening quietly winding down as the sun is setting!! This house is pet friendly so don't leave your fur babies at home (certain restrictions with paid pet charge). Private double driveway at the home offers plenty of parking!
The 2nd floor has 4 queen bedroom's and 2 bathrooms with 2 of the queen bedroom sharing access to the 2nd level deck accessible to the pool/hot tub/deck area below.
1st floor has 2 queen bedrooms (and one bathroom) with direct access to the pool and hot tub area. One queen room is equipped with fridge and kitchenette as well, perfect for an in-law suite.
The house is also equipped with free WiFi, cable and TV’s in every room. Non-smoking inside; Sleeps up to 16 people...security deposit applies, rents Sunday to Sunday during summer season. Pet Friendly (certain restrictions apply paid non-refundable pet charge). Comforters & Pillows included.... Linens,Towels, Paper, Plastic & Soap Products not provided...
