With three spacious sun decks there is room for everyone to share the magnificent views unlike anything this side of the Atlantic has to offer. An enclosed hot & cold water shower is located on the ground floor patio for your convenience as well as an outside utility sink to clean the days catch! A gas grill secured to the oceanfront deck is an open invitation for grilling and dining at sunset tucked under the red and orange heavens blanketing the sea.
The main living area is located on the 2nd level, a well-planned open concept designed to accentuate the expansive ocean views visible from anywhere in the living/dining area. The open relaxing feel is completed in the great room area including a modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining space, a wall of windows and a 52" TV/BLURAY. Also located on this level is a king master bedroom and an additional bedroom with two single beds perfect to keep the small ones within your reach while maintaining a quiet private escape for yourself!

The first floor of the house features a king bedroom with private bath, a game room equipped with an air hockey table and a queen sleeper sofa & 26" TV.
