On the lower level of this house is an additional living space/game room furnished with TV/DVD/VCR and foosball table. This floor has a King Master Suite w/shower in the bathroom. There is an outside entrance on this level easily accessible from the parking area where you’ll also find the enclosed outdoor shower.
On the top floor of this house you will find another King Master Suite and two additional bedrooms one furnished with a Queen bed, the second furnished with two twin beds that share a full bath.
Sea Watch 285 is located 2/10th of a mile from the Sea Watch Community Private Beach access which includes a private walkway with oceanfront gazebo, Tiki Bar, bathrooms & a shower facility exclusively for Sea Watch guests. All guests receive access to all amenities Sea Watch offers to full time residents such as the outdoor pool, tennis court, and playground.
