Great laundry area with counters, cabinets and large capacity washer & dryer. 3rd BR ~queen, single sink/tub & shower combo, adjoins large sitting/dressing room with single sleep sofa. 4th BR~king, street-side with full bath glassed shower/single sink.
3rd level ~ 5th BR~queen (no TV); great room/dining room & kitchen with Keurig, state-of-the-art family room with large sunbrella sectional, 50 inch plasma TV, DVD/CD/STEREO/VCR, game table, and piano. Wrap-around glass fireplace allows for enjoyment in both family and dining areas. The home is equipped with free wifi internet capabilities. The Sea Watch beach access includes a private walkway with oceanfront gazebo & tiki bar, bathrooms & shower facility exclusively for Sea Watch guests. And as Sea Watch is a contained community, it is a friendly and safe environment for kids to ride bikes or simply run around the neighborhood.
