Just 1/2 block to the Sea Watch beach access which includes a private walkway with oceanfront gazebo & tiki bar, bathrooms & shower facility exclusively for Sea Watch guests. Plus you get complimentary access to an outdoor pool, tennis court, and a playground for the kids. And as Sea Watch is in a contained community, it is a friendly and safe environment for kids to ride bikes or simply run around the neighborhood.
On the 2nd(main) floor -walk in the front door to the lovely living space and modern kitchen with large island, stainless appliances and dining space. Just steps away there is a baby room with full size crib(sheets not included), changing table, and a comfortable daybed(BR 1). 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a 32" TV. This floor also has a bath with a tub/shower combo
3rd bedroom is located on the 1st floor complete with a double pyramid with trundle to sleep 4, and 50" TV in the adjoining room. There is also a tub/shower combo on this floor.
3rd floor ~ master suite with a king(BR 4) and 32" TV. The 5th bedroom ~king & 32" TV, 6th bedroom has a queen with 19" TV. Each of these bedrooms has private bath with a tub/shower combo.
Non-smoking...Security deposit applies...Linens, towels, paper & plastic products not provided...Sunday to Sunday during summer... Free WiFi...NO PETS PLEASE...Departure cleaning included... Sleeps up to 12 people, with a maximum of 11 adults.
