Very nice detached house with private garden, a few steps from the lake, fully furnished and equipped with all amenities, located in the ancient and picturesque village of Pescallo, a small jewel nestled among the green hills and the blue of the lake.
The house offers two bedrooms, one bathroom a living area with large windows overlooking the private garden. Wi-fi internet, satellite TV, air conditioning. The house is surrounded by the silence, in a place where time seems to stand still.
And is possible to book a minimum of four days. Whatever the reason for your vacation, family, honeymoon, traveling sports with friends, this small villa will satisfy the needs of all and ensures a comfortable stay on Lake Como.

At the moment of the booking we ask the 50% in advance of the total rent. 7 days before your arrival to here you should pay the balance. We also ask 200€ as security deposit, which is refundable, so we'll give you it back at the end of your holiday. |
