Le Tertre is a small hamlet just 4km from Soudan, a small town offering all of your basic needs. The large historic  town of Chateaubriant is only 6km and has a Wednesday market, Chateau and huge variety of shops, restaurants, bars and leisure activities including large indoor swimming pool. Nestling in a quiet hamlet, this attractive stone built cottage has been tastefully renovated, incorporating beamed ceilings and log burner. The self catering accommodation sleeps  four to five persons. There is a policy of no smoking indoors. The log cabin is fully equipped and comfortably furnished. There is ample parking space and it is set in beautiful surroundings. The self catering accommodation is for two persons only and is unsuitable for children. There is a policy of no smoking indoors.
