We loved this great studio apartment for so many reasons! It was well stocked with what we needed. comfortable...internet, TV etc! It was close to everything...beach, grocery store, convention center and restaurants including Roscoe's Fried Chicken a block away! Parking was safe and gated as well as the property. WE will definitely stay here again! The property owner as VERY responsive and kind!

The studio served my basic needs. The free parking spot that comes with the studio is only available 6pm-8am and all the nearby street parking is 2 hour max from 9am-6pm, so you will need to move your car alot during the day. I didn't realize until I got into the apartment and saw the note on the counter that there was free overnight parking, after I had driven around for 45 minutes looking for a spot on the street for overnight....don't make that same mistake!) It is a long walk to the Convention Center (close to 20 min walk) but the neighborhood is nice with alot going on. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. Emma said there was a 14 lbs weight limit on pets but I hadn't seen that anywhere on the website ahead of time so I had brought slightly bigger pets. Not sure whether that will be an issue.

This place worked out perfectly for our stay. It's near the convention center. Places to are near by. For convenience we parked on the street nearby and Uber'd every where. The place was clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive.

I enjoyed walking the streets and going from restaurants to the convention center. You want to visit the local restaurants Mexican, Italian, Greek food, etc... I felt safe and sound in downtown area. A lot of things to do along ocean side. Free Overnight parking was secured and very convenient. This rental is fully remodel and very CLEAN as pictured in VRBO. Nice to have full kitchen with the amenities. A very good value which I would stay here again while visiting in Long Beach.
