Was visiting the socal area with my 15 year old son, Emmas place is in a colorful neighborhood 3 or 4 blocks from a beautiful beach. House could use a couple upgrades, yet either way I would highly recommend. Also have your own parking spot which is GREAT!

The apartment si great, a lot of space, a lot of amenities. Near the beach with Free parkings available. It's perfect for the family. If we stay another teatro in Long Beach we definitely will choose Emma's house!

Excellent communication w. Emma. We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable. WiFi and Roku wasn’t great but really didn’t have time to watch TV.

Apartment was just as described. We were very happy with the location and it was very comfortable. I had read the reviews about the parking situation and when we arrived at the apartment was able to find the parking space in back easily. We discovered that there is an issue with parking in all of L.A.. We always had our parking spot. Apartment was very clean and had all of the cooking utensils and dishes that we needed. Emma was very nice and helpful. She responded very quickly when we needed something. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this property. As for the WiFi, we had no issues anywhere in the apartment. We always had a good signal. Thanks again Emma for the wonderful vacation.

Great place to stay! Easily found parking, lots of accommodations in the apartment itself. Even though it was on a main road, it was still very quiet. Close walking distance to the convention center. She was a text or call away the whole weekend. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was just as we had hoped very comfortable very clean felt very safe in the neighborhood. Parking was somewhat of an issue but Emma the landlord quickly took care of it. Emma is an absolute sweetheart everybody should have Emma :-)
