It has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths, a Kitchen, a Dining Area, Den, and two Balconies. You can see the sunrise on the rear balcony and a gorgeous sunset on the Beachfront balcony. This unit sleeps a maximum of 5 people. There is High-Speed Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the Unit and it has 4 TV's, 3 Ceiling Fans, and Telephones throughout with Free Local Calling.
The Master Bedroom has a new Kingsdown King Size Bed, a new 32 inch Flat Screen TV with DVD player, dressers and Walk-In closet. The large Master Bathroom has a Soaking Tub and separate Walk-In Shower, dual sinks, closet, and separate vanity area.
The Guest Bedroom has two Extra-Long Twin Size Beds, a new 24 inch Flat Screen TV with DVD player and two separate closets. The Guest Bathroom has a Walk-In Shower.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with all new KitchenAid designer appliances and fixtures including an electric range, convection oven, and convection microwave. There is also a new Full Size Clothes Washer and Dryer inside the unit. The Dining room and Living Room Area has a new 48 inch Flat Screen TV with Blu-Ray Player and a Wet Bar. The Den has a Queen Size pull-out Sofa Bed, Computer area with printer, TV with DVD and VCR, and Breakfast Area.
Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Cooler, five new Bicycles, four sets of Golf Clubs, and Tennis Racquets are available for your use for free!

The large Master Bath has a Soaking Tub in addition to a separate Walk-In Shower, Dual Sinks, and a Vanity Area. The Guest Bath also has a Walk-In Shower.
Lawn / Garden: The Somerset has exceptionally well maintained grounds.
Balcony: (2) The condo has two Balconies; one Beachfront and one outside of the Den and Guest bedroom.
Kayak / Canoe: Kayaks can be rented on the beach.
Bicycles: We supply five great bicycles for your free use.
Boat: Boats can be rented nearby.
Outdoor Grill: Charcoal and untensils are furnished.
Water Sports Gear: Water Sports Gear can be rented on the beach. Parasailing is also available.
Tennis: Two newly resurfaced Tennis Courts. We have tennis equipment in the spare bedroom closet.
Golf: Golf courses are nearby and we have four sets of Golf Clubs available for your use.
