Maresias Beach Villa

We are a Luxurious house in one of the most beautifull beaches of Brazil. Maresias is surrounded by the green of the Atlantic's forest and the white of the sand touched by the its beautiful blue ocean. Internal area is all painted in white, with the living room ceiling reaching 7 meters high. The house has available 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and tvs, 4 bathrooms and 2 living rooms with a PLASMA TV 42" at one of them. Outside there is a 25 meters long swimming pool and a great jacuzzi for up to 8 people. Security guard and maid are available 24 hours day.

Maresias is located at the North Shore of Sao Paulo and is one of the most famous beaches of Brazil, it is notorius for its white sand and the blue warm water of the ocean. It also has one of the most exciting night life of the North Shore, SIRENA's nightclub gets over 3.000 people dancing in its jungle's atmosphere from 11 pm to 7:00 am all weekends. The beach is full of young people, surfers and bodyboards. Nearby there are many famous restaurants like MANACA and AQUA with their international/brazilian food.
