| Stunning waterfront on beautiful Sunrise beach. Walls of windows and french doors along the ocean side of the house. A spacious open floor concept, beautiful bamboo hardwood. Brand new kitchen, custom white cabinetry, granite counters and stainless appliances. An enclosed porch leads to a deck perfect for entertaining or relaxing beach side. End your day with an outdoor shower, watch the sunset and enjoy the moonlight over the water. This is the place to enjoy summer holidays with your family. We do offer winter rentals of 29days minimum stay. Please email me for pricing and availability. The space Bedroom set up is as follows: First floor 1 bedroom, king size Second floor 3 bedrooms one king size and two queen size. Third floor bedroom set up is an open loft with spiral staircase and with two queen size beds. From the third floor open bedroom area you can see down stairs through the open space but one can not see the the bedroom area from down stairs. Hope that makes sense but please ask questions before booking if in doubt. The house is Aircondition by portable and window units. Parking is limited to 4 possible 5 cars depending the size. All cars to be parked directly under the house and has to be 70 inches high or less. My Jeep Wrangler fits just right my a Chevy truck for instance does not so please ask questions if in doubt of parking issues. Please don’t block any neighbors driveway or parking area. House is on stilts as seen on photos so access to the house is either the long stairs on the side or to the deck in the front. Guest access Renters have access to anything the house has to offer. No locked rooms. Just two small cabinets in the kitchen left of the fridge and it has two child locks on them so you will know. They are just filled with personal pantry goods for when we are there. Interaction with guests I am available anytime during the stay via txt/phone or email. Other things to note Small set of stairs to easily walk up the wall. Recommend to use the left side of the wall stairs to the beach. |

We would HIGHLY recommend this location and host. Janita's communication was quick to respond and readily available and. The location speaks for itself; utterly breath taking the pictures do not do it justice. And above it all, the house was impeccably clean! We loved our time here and can't wait to book another trip!

Beautiful house on a great beach in Marshfield. Had some of my bridal party stay here for my wedding earlier this month. Communication was decent and the place was updated and clean, as shown in the pictures.

Janita's place is fantastic! The beds are cozy, the bathrooms are huge, and the living space was perfect for our group. We especially loved the large kitchen table, where we spent most of our stay just catching up as old friends. Janita made check in/check out a breeze. 10/10 would recommend.
