SPECTACULAR 180* Ocean Front Home.
Enjoy: Swim, sail, surf, or sunbathe from your private ocean front 2 decks. Direct sandy beach access from a brand new raised sea wall. Master bedroom w/ large Jacuzzi tub and custom painted murals. Gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Half bath on 1st floor. Spacious living area, central fireplace & lots of windows for great ocean views. Third floor sleeps 5 in beds & TV area to enjoy. Great for couples & families.
The space
Excellent for entertainment, endless ocean view and just priceless experience with friend and family. July and August rental price is $5000/week plus $250 cleaning fee. We offer spacious rooms, deck and balcony ocean front, entertainment options and central air condition.
First floor is open space with large windows no shades. First floor bedroom has blinds all around.
First floor gas fireplace is not working properly at the moment and we having professionals looking at this and hope it gets fixed soon but it's plenty warm in the house it don't need the fireplace, just wanted to mention this. Third floor gas fireplace works fine but it gets like a sauna up there :) if that's what anyone like.
Guest access
Everything inside and outside with the exception locked closet, basement and hot tub.
If hot tub is a dealbreaker, please request prior to booking, renters will be able to use the hot tub but have to pay for a professional to come out and sanitize and get it up and running and this has to be done ahead of time in order to get an appointment. Cost is around $ 300.00 to have someone come out. It's not part of the rental agreement due to sanitation reason needs to be emptied between renters, too time consuming and costly to uphold. Separate liability agreement needs to be signed in case of any sensitivity to chemicals used.
After summer time the hot tub will be winterized and not an option.

Other things to note
Important notice for the month of July and August, we do only rent Saturdays to Saturdays, if needed more than one week contact me first or book two weeks, we have regular renters for summer time that book week to week and the set up with cleaning crew is set for Saturday's turnaround. Sorry for any inconvenience .

This is a perfect house for a large family or multiple young families. We were 8 adults and 2 kids and had room to spare. The highlight of the House is the outdoor deck facing the beach. We spent our mornings and evenings sitting out most of the time. There is also a deck on the 2nd floor facing the water. The kids could literally run to the beach and be back in the house after a quick wash in the outdoor shower area. If you have a big family or a large group of friends and like being literally on the water, this is the house to consider.

This home is absolutely perfect! It was just two of us, so it was very big but it still felt so warm and cozy to us. It was clean, right on the beach, and went above our expectations!
