Spacious, Peaceful, Private 6 bed Mijas Villa. Large grounds, A/C, Pool, WiFi
This lovely,peaceful and very spacious Mijas villa ,with 6 bedrooms sleeping 12 people, has a private pool plus BBQ and dining areas near the swimming pool.The property is set within very large grounds with wonderful views towards the sea and up to Mijas village and mountains.We have our own back road up to the village - 7 car minutes- & the coastal town of Fuengirola is 10 minutes down the main road. A long driveway leads to the main entrance with parking area for many cars. The opening patio area leads to main house and down to the pool and entertainment area with its specially designed BBQ and dining structures .. There are 6 bedrooms - 5 ensuite plus kitchenettes for 2 bedrooms and balconies.. Living room ,dining room, main kitchen,TV/ music room, courtyard with fountain and dining area as well as very many terraces, patios and other areas to choose for outside dining .Wifi is inclusive in price -at house and in pool.
Air Conditioning included in Mid July - End August rental.ALL OTHER MONTHS A/C is included in electricity charges.
The kitchen has gas, electrc, microwave cooking, a fridge freezer with a larger freezer in the laundry room together with a drinks fridge . The large laundry room has a washing machine plus all ironing facilities.The swimming pool is equipped with a shower and has steps into the shallow end.The large BBQ cooking /dining area is closeby and there is a separate toilet building here too.
: The 'white' village of Mijas is approximately 20 minutes from Malaga Airport . Our villa is situated just below the village of Mijas, 5 (car) minutes away from the village and 7 car minutes from the bustling coastal town of Fuengirola . This exclusive country area is renowned for its privacy and tranquility, away from the hustle/bustle of the town and has easy motorway access to Marbella (20 minutes) and Gibraltar (55 minutes).Granada and the skiing areas about 1.5 hours travel . Shops, restaurants, cafes, beaches, waterparks,,the famous Mijas donkeys and carriage rides round the village, supermarkets, local markets, the weekly Mijas free Flamenco shows ,plus , for all you wine drinkers/connoisseurs , local wine tasting every Thursday at Birdie Vinos . These attractions are all within 5 - 10 minute drive from the villa .

House Manager - Melanieand her father live 5 minutes away and are always available, if needed . They can also provide an occasional taxi service, baby sitting, extra shopping for your arrival. Local restaurant can be booked for everyone for your evening meal on arrival, Meet & Greet service is available . please ask for details .

Maid Service - there is a weekly maid service with 1/2 maids to clean villa together with Melanie with change of bed linen and towels .The gardener Florin comes twice weeky and is also in charge of the swimming pool. Melanie can order any type of celebration cake, baked especially for you ,champagne can be ordered and flowers .She can also make reservations in the nicest restaurant in the area -6 minutes down the road . Meet and Greet Service : Your whole party can be met at your car hire area by Melanie, who will load your baggage into her transport and act as guide car back to the villa or wecan collect your whole party + luggage to transport to villa.We aim to have a hassle free journey from arrival at Malaga airport , escaping and reaching your destination at the villa - with no -one lost on the way ! We use an extremely reliable and competitively priced Car Hire firm . If requested, their details would be sent to you to see whether they would be suitable . We also use a tried and tested minibus company to take your whole party from airport to villa.
Special Spanish Paella Evening : >Special Paella evening and /or Curry evening arranged at the villa on the date and time of your choice .Spanish paella, salads, desserts. nibbles,etc . The curry evening ,with all side dishes, comes courtesy of local British chef. We also use a Mijas professional chef who has many on line menus to choose from and also any meals of your choice . We are just back from a fabulous family holiday in this beautiful villa. On arrival at Malaga airport we drove to Hotel Ilusion which is about 5 minutes from the Villa. Melanie and her father met us there and guided us along a very steep, windy road to the villa. As it was dark and we were tired you did not fully appreciate everything until the next morning. The place is huge- we were a family of 7 adults and 3 children - and we could not have asked for better. The layout enabled us to have 4 separate areas to sleep, cook and chill out. The swimming pool was the focal point of the day, while the upper covered patio was used for all our meals. (there were also 2 roof top areas which had wonderful views BUT !!! our weather was so hot we did not sit up there). Melanie was a brilliant caretaker. She answered all my messages within minutes and called up asap when I need simple things sorted. She very kindly organised the taxis we needed to get to Mijas Pueblo for my husband's birthday PLUS transported my son and his wife out and back from Fuengirola on their wedding anniversary. The children loved the villa especially the pool. They also enjoyed Boomer who came to visit and the excitement of the 9 piglets. Yes the villa is off the main road and a car is essential But the place is wonderful. Many thanks to Darya ,Melanie and her Father.
