Spacious 4 Bed Peaceful Country Villa, Large pool, A/C, Sauna, Garden and WiFi
JUST COME ON TO THE 2018 RENTAL SCENE so all 2018 dates currently available with reductions for smaller numbers. This large and very spacious country villa , sleeeping up to 8 people plus cot/crib, is set within an acre and a half of peaceful landscaped lawns and gardens. The house is situated in a very private, exclusive area between Mijas and Fuengirola, enjoying panoramic views down to the sea and up to the backdrop of the Mijas mountains . We have our own back road up to Mijas - 6 minutes in the car . The coastal town of Fuengirola is 8 minutes down the main road . Shops, restaurants, cafes, beaches , water parks, the famous Mijas donkeys, supermarkets, local markets,Wednesday Flamenco shows, local wine tasting at Birdie Vinos - all within 5- 10 minute drive.
Balconies and patios surround the house and look down onto the generously sized swimming pool - 39' x 19'. This area is well equipped with garden furniture.There is a large, long pergola with covered terrace for poolside entertaining with refrigerator, lighting, 2 BBQs and electric points for musical etc equipment. The Swedish owner has built a sauna lodge, fully equipped with shower & toilet next to the swimming pool .
Transport : We have a Meet & Greet service available from Malaga airport to the villa : Collection of all luggage is €30. Collection per 4 people per caris €40. We can also quote for a minibus service for up to 10 people - cost according to numbers..
Special Spanish Paella Evenings : Special paella evening can be arranged at the villa on the date and time of your choice Spanish paella. desserts. nibbles, wine etc. 20 euros per head., OR Special curry evening can also be arranged for non paella lovers OR Paella + curry evening is also available with special meals for children
Caretakers : Our caretakers Mandy and Jeff will be at the villa with keys t o show you around when you arrive. They live in a villa just down the hill- 4 minutes away- and are available for occasional taxi service , baby sitting .shopping for your arrival, BBQ preparation and cooking,.advice/,assistance etc,Problem Solving.

Balance : The remainder of the balance is due 8 weeks prior to the holiday.
Maid Service at the beginning and end of rental period . Pool maintenance and gardener, all linen and towels are included in rental price .The house managers Mandy and Geoff , will be at the villa with the house keys , awaiting your arrival and will show you round . They are also available on their mobiles for any advice, problems etc . They live 2 minutes away, in villa down the road and are available for occasional taxi service, meal preparation/cooking, baby sitting, BBQ's, extra shopping for your arrival . Meet & Greet service at Malaga airport also available - all luggage can be collected at airport and transported back to villa. Up to 8 persons can be booked to transfer from plane to villa. Reliable minibus service also available for 4 - 12 people. Please ask for details.However- hire car(s) are essential.
A/C is included for the summer months . Heating for the Christmas New Year period A/c and Heating for other months is €150 pw Refundable security deposit is €250 which will be refunded in full ( if no problems ! ) on your final day . |
