Your family will have an amazing time making lasting memories while staying in this new and ultra-modern 2-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bath cabin. Upon entering, you’ll be captivated by the craftsmanship and materials that exude “quality” throughout, all-the-while being bathed in air-conditioned comfort! The first floor provides an open and airy feeling within the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Features include a comfy couch for lounging, a flat screen monitor for viewing, a unique and rustic dining table with seating for six, a carefully thought-out L-shaped kitchen with lots of counter and cabinet space plus upscale appliances, (including a dishwasher) an island prep station/breakfast bar with seating for four, and a strategically placed ½-bath. Ascending the stairwell to the top floor reveals one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and ample storage, followed by a second bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and ample storage, 1-full bath, (tub/shower combo) and a laundry cubby with a full-sized stack washer and dryer. There’s also a larger third (main) bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, ample storage, and a very nice ¾-bath ensuite. Plus, there’s a portable crib and a portable kennel to assist in facilitating your family group. Outside, you’ll discover a very nice front yard area, along with a gas grill, and a private outdoor HOT TUB to enjoy while listening to the sound of the river nearby! Don’t forget Fido; this pet-friendly, (2-pet maximum, No Exceptions) WIFI equipped*, and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, and nature viewing. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round! WIFI service provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Intermittent service failures are circumstances that are beyond our control. No refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function correctly.

Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. The person making the reservations must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at time of check-in. Upon confirmation of reservation from Mt. Baker Lodging (reservations@mtbakerlodging.com), a packet of information will be sent to the guest with information and directions.
Deposit: An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guests scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guests credit card on the scheduled due-date. Cancellation: If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days or greater prior to our guest(s) scheduled date of arrival, Mt. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Advance Reservation Payment less a cancellation fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater); 20 thru 15 days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment; 14 days or less forfeits the entire rental amount, unless the vacation property can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of sixty-five dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) will apply. All guests must stop at our office in Maple Falls. Here they will receive keys as well as location information.

Transport system : Driving Directions: FROM SEATTLE (WA): Take Interstate-5 (North) to Bellingham Exit #255 (Sunset Drive/Mt. Baker Highway I-542). Turn right at the end of the off ramp, and proceed (East) directly to our offices in the town of Maple Falls. Approximate driving time 2-hours. FROM VANCOUVER, B.C (Canada): Take Highway 99 (South) to the Peace Arch Crossing at the Canada / USA border exchange, then take Interstate-5 (South) to Bellingham Exit #255 (Sunset Drive/Mt. Baker Highway I-542). Turn left at the end of the off ramp, and proceed (East) directly to our offices in the town of Maple Falls. Approximate driving time 1.5-hours.
