Reservations: Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. The person making the reservations must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at time of check-in. Upon confirmation of reservation from Mt. Baker Lodging (reservations@mtbakerlodging.com), a packet of information will be sent to the guest with information and directions. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date.

Cancellation: If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days or greater prior to our guest(s) scheduled date of arrival, Mt. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Advance Reservation Payment less a cancellation fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater); 20 thru 15 days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment; 14 days or less forfeits the entire rental amount, unless the vacation property(ies) can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of sixty-five dollar ($65.00) or 8% (whichever amount is greater) will apply.

Payments: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as forms of payment. Sorry, NO personal checks.

Check-In:

All guests must stop at our office in Maple Falls. Here they will receive keys as well as location information.

Note: For after hour check-ins, the Guest’s Reservation confirmation packet will provide information on how to access to a lock box for keys and directions. 

A $3.00 per night lodging fee will be added to each reservation.
