Experience world-class service at Sea Parrot Ocean View Manor
Situated along the waterfront, the well-tended grounds of Sea Parrot Ocean View Manor boast a hammock, BBQ facilities, hot tub, gazebo and playground. Uniquely decorated, each accommodation overlooks the ocean and has free Wi-Fi throughout. All of the units offer a TV, CD/DVD player, mini fridge and coffee maker. Some are equipped with a full kitchen, while others have a spa bath. A selection of movies are also provided.Sea Parrot Ocean View Manor is at a distance of 29 km from Cape Smokey Provincial Park. Cape Breton Highlands Park is 40 km away, while Highland Links Golf Course is within 41 km. Parking can be found on site at no charge. A barbecue, porch swing and hot tub are all available for guests.
Full breakfast is served from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. for suite and boat guests only. Guests may enjoy eating in our cozy dining room, sun room, or on our spacious veranda that overlooks the ocean, garden areas and lush woodlands.
Pets are welcome: full indoor kennel facilities with heat, water, platform beds, separate kennel cages and bedding are provided. Memorable wedding packages are available. All major credit cards and Direct Debit are accepted.
Alexander Graham Bell in Baddeck, or the historic Fortress of Louisbourg National Historic Site. Highland Links Golf Course in Ingonish and Bell Bay Golf Course in Baddeck cater to the competitive spirit, while Cape Breton Highland National Park and the famous Cabot Trail bring you closer to nature. Try your luck at the casino in nearby Sydney, or take off on an outdoor adventure: canoeing, kayaking, hiking and walking trails, combing beaches, fishing or cycling are all just beyond your doorstep.
Luxury Suites : All windows in these apartment suites offer plenty of picturesque views of either ocean or woods.
For your comfort and relaxation serious investments have been made for bedding, linens and furnishings. Each guest suite is decorated in its own unique decor.
All guest suites have a large private bath, with whirlpool bath, shower and large vanity/sink area.
Choose from the beautifully decorated ‘Nautical’, ‘Far East’ & ‘Garden’. These suites are very large and all have queen beds, living area with TV, DVD, VCR. kitchen & sink area with microwave & refrigerator/freezer, dining area, private terraces that all overlook the ocean.

This rustic seaside retreat has a queen bed as well as bunk beds in the large main bedroom. Comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. This cabin is a standalone with extra privacy.

Cancellation/

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the conditions of your required room.
Smoking
We have a very strict ‘NO SMOKING IN ROOMS’ policy and each room has signs posted. Any guests who smoke in any room will be charged an additional $250 for extra cleaning. No exceptions.
Cleaning
All cottages, The Happy House and Seaview Bungalow have a one-time cleaning fee of $35.00.
Cancellations – Suites, Boat or Mini Trailer
Reservations cancelled or modified will be charged $50.00. Cancellations 14 days or less before the reservation date will be charged the entire amount of the reservation.
Cancellations – Cottages, RV and House
Reservations cancelled or modified will be charged $100.00. Cancellations 30 days or less before the reservation date will be charged the entire amount of the reservation.
