We just finished our second year at Casa Verde and stayed 3 years at Pura Vida next door. Our group of family and friends this year was 16 adults and 12 children ages 2-17. We are so spoiled with this owner and his beautiful homes. The kitchen, living, dining area on the top floor has wonderful panoramic views of the ocean and lots of room to cook, eat, visit and relax. The neighborhood is quiet even though situated close to a condo/resort. We sometimes get to see beach weddings at the resort. The kids go from the beach to the pool to the theater and back again. There is lots of space for the kids to have fun and the adults to relax. We had no issues of any kind this year. We have had minor issues in the past and they were addressed very quickly and efficiently. I am very sad that we won't be in either of these houses on 2016 for various reasons but plan to be back in 2017. I recommended this house for tourists without a car not because there are things to do in the area but because once in the house I don't want to leave.

This is our third trip to Casa Verde. What a great home to create such wonderful family memories. There is none superior to this one! Everything is top notch...you will be pleased! The home is quite lovely with all the amenities that you would need. Spacious kitchen on top floor with 2 stoves and 2 refrigerators provide lots of room for cooking and meal prep. We love the large dining area on top with extra space for lounging and taking in the views ! A spectacular view of the ocean while you are dining....who could ask for more? The bedrooms are well decorated and each is different. Each bedroom has its own bath so that it such a plus with our family! Some queen/king bedrooms have bunk beds in them so our entire family can stay together if we chose, You don't have to fight on them...they are all wonderful and nicely decorated. Our family enjoys all the amenities of the home. The pool is spacious with outdoor shower area for rinsing off the sand. We used the hot tub at night and really enjoyed the quietness of the beach and area. Kids and older teens always enjoy the theater room with so many movies on Netflix . The second kitchen is located right near the theater room so you can lounge there or prepare snacks for those wanting a break from the movie. There is plenty of room for those who want to be together or want time apart. For us, this is the perfect vacation spot. We love Topsail Beach ...so quiet and beautiful with crystal clear water and sand. Our favorite thing to do is to search for shells, and we always find some unique ones to bring home. Just a treasure...the service is great and we can't wait to go back for another family vacation! The owner takes great pride in making this a perfect vacation spot. We can't wait to return!

We have been vacationing here for years, and found this slice of heaven because our family has grown. every conceivable amenity plus! The pool, the spa at night, and the views are incredible. Very spacious rooms - Every Bedroom has a FULL BATH! Great theater room, plenty of places to lounge. Ping pong and pool table, gas grill and wonderfully decorated. Can't say enough about this wonderful home. We will be coming back for years to come...

Our getaway was planned months in advance for a wonderful family members Retirement Party. This getaway home is outstanding in everyway. We all had our own bedroom and bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for our large group. We made good use of the Theatre Room, Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Hot Tub and Pool. Upon leaving about 4 hours into our drive my husband noticed his wedding band was missing! We called and asked to check our bedroom, low and behold Chris found it for us!!!! Thank You, Thank you Thank you a million times over! What a Blessing! CasaVerde has everything your family could possibly need for a wonderful stay and lots of wonderful memories! My Husband and I decided to have a destination wedding. We searched the entire coast of the Carolina's before we stumbled across Mr. Randall's Property and from the pictures alone we fell in love with the home and the beach, as we had never been to Topsail Beach. After speaking with him on the phone for hours, we felt so much more comfortable with our decision to rent his property for our family to stay during the week after we tied the knot along the shoreline. We wanted somewhere not only beautiful but also somewhere with elegance as this was a special moment for us and we wanted to accommodate our family with class. Mr. Randall's property did not disappoint. It is a beach front property with an amazing view on Topsail Island, with white sands and crystal blue waters. The home has 11 bedrooms with each its own bathrooms as well as 2 half baths in each kitchen. The theatre room was perfect for kids movie night, as well as family movie nights! And the half kitchen by it was perfect for access to snacks and drinks. The pool room and ping pong table on the ground floor was perfect for game night among the family. There is a grill on sight, a spacious hot tub, large private pool with a large bin full of pool toys, many lounge chairs and a few tables. The kids were well entertained as well as the adults. There really was no need to leave the property for entertainment purposes. The full kitchen on the top floor was fully stocked with whatever we could possibly need and the open floor plan was perfect for our large family. There is also an elevator accessible from all floors that was perfect for a couple of our older family members as well as hauling down luggage at the end of our stay! Mr. Randall keeps his home clean and up to date and keeps a valet on call for any problems that may occur during the stay. However, no problems occurred for us! I could not have asked for a better property to host our family during our destination wedding week! Everyone was amazed by the home and the beach it is located on. And the local islanders are super friendly! We will definitely be returning guest! Thank you Jim Randall for your hospitality and your faith in us as you allowed us to rent your property during our very special occasion!
