The complete Utopia house (Boutique House 1 and 2 connected): you rent two beautiful houses together, but separated by means of a wall and retractable glass. You'll have 4 bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (2 of which have the option to split into 2 twins), 3 full bathrooms, two kitchens, two living rooms, and 3 terraces.
There is direct access to the pool and all outside facilities and is perfect for larger groups who want to enjoy the extra space while feeling connected with privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals, with basic ingredients and drinking water. You can count on fast internet, a TV with Netflix/Prime TV and a sound system. We provide towels, bathroom essentials and luxury accessories to ensure a comfortable stay.

Check-inn: from 3:00 p.m. but you can arrive earlier subject to availability and agreement with the administration one day before.
Check out: at 11:00 a.m. but you can stay longer subject to availability and agreement with the administration one day before.
If you arrive after 6:00 p.m., it is important to notify us at least one day in advance so that we can agree where to leave the key.
If you invite people to the house that are not included in the reservation, you must inform us and eventually buy a day pass for them. After 10:00 p.m., peace and tranquility reign in Utopia and parties are not allowed.
COVID-19: We ask that you notify us immediately if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone infected with COVID-19, to protect staff and other guests. We have a wide range of deliveries and home services so you don't have to go out. (See below)
Pets: if you bring pets, we will ask for a guarantee deposit of $1,500.00Mxp upon arrival. You will get it back if we find the beds and sofa free of pet hair, and if your pet did not cause any damage in the house.
