The unit is on the 7th floor. It offers a spectacular ocean and bay view from the private balcony. Balcony furniture is included.Our gourmet kitchen is fully equipped! It has granite counters, a large island with 3 chairs and a wine refrigerator. There is also a full sized refrigerator in the kitchen. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected together in a wide open area. The living room features a 55'' 4K HDTV, BluRay DVD player. Netflix is provided. The large sofa in the living room converts to a queen sleep sofa. The master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and a DVD player. It has a luxurious private bath that is equipped with jacuzzi, maple shower with two shower head and granite vanity with two sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and private bath with tub/shower. The third bedroom has a double/single bunk bed with a single pulled out bed. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and DVD players. A full bath with shower and glass door is located in the hall next to the 3rd bedroom. The unit has a laundry room with large washer and dryer.

The Gem of the Gateway was one of the most beautiful places I have seen at OC. This is the fifth year in a row that I have been to OC and this is by far the best place I have ever stayed. The hotel was beautiful, the room was beautiful and the staff was nice and helpful. Also the owner of the condo was very easy to get along with and answered any and all of my questions when needed. Bring your family or bring all your friends you will have a great time at this condo. It is within walking distance of many attractions but it is also nice enough that if you have a rainy day, you can relax in this beautiful condo and still have a great time. I will definitely be renting this one again.

If you want to rent a fantastic, well-maintained, high-end condo then rent this one!! Lots of pots & pans, well stocked kitchen. Gorgeous, GORGEOUS condo!! 48th Street is a fantastic location too! When we come to Ocean City, we will only rent from Trang -- easy to communicate with and any question was immediately addressed & answered!! Thanks so much Trang for renting to us. We WILL be back.

We rented this with another family for our summer vacation and it was a great experience. For the past 2 summers, we had rented an efficiency hotel room on the boardwalk and paid quite a bit of money for a not so great hotel. When we saw this, we knew we had made the right choice. It was close enough to the boardwalk (we actually preferred this location to the boardwalk) and in a great area. Condo complex was quiet, which was nice. The condo itself was very clean and nicely decorated. I can\'t say enough about the owner. She was very nice, easy to work with and responded back very quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely rent again here!

I rented this condo for our family vacation at the beach. There were 7 adults and 1 child. The condo was spacious enough to accommodate everyone very comfortably. The condo is beautifully appointed. The décor most definitely makes you feel like you are at the beach. The master bedroom/bath is huge. The other two bedrooms are very adequately sized. The open area including the kitchen/dining area/ living room area has a beautiful southern view through floor to ceiling windows allowing views of both the ocean and the bay. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware and appliances. The in-condo laundry room came in very handy, also. The Gateway Grand building itself is a secure building requiring fobs for entrance from the outside. We were provided two fobs and I rented two additional for the week because of the number of people in our party. Parking was undercover in a deck. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating and the grounds and swimming pool areas were well maintained. The owner, Trang, was very friendly and easy to work with. Communication with her was always promptly answered. I would definitely consider renting this property in the future, especially for a large group.

With its open, spacious layout, this well-maintained condo was very easy to make our home for 2 weeks, even with our toddler. Views of the ocean and bay were enjoyed from the balcony. The building is very secure, fobs required for parking garage and building access and front doors to each unit not opening directly to the outside, unlike many of the older condo buildings in Ocean City. We took advantage of everything the building had to offer: indoor and outdoor pools, kids’ activity room, and gym. The owner was a pleasure, always very friendly, helpful, and prompt in responding. The Gateway Grand and this particular owner will be first on our list to check availability when booking our OCMD vacation next year.

We arrived on June 6 to an immaculate, tastefully furnished condo in a very secure building. The unit has a balcony with both Ocean and Bay views, and great nighttime views of Ocean City. The unit and building were extremely quiet and being in the middle of Ocean City (48th Street), makes it very convenient whether you are coming or going from the north or the south. I cannot say enough good things about Trang, the owner of the condo. She was extremely prompt in replying to any and all e-mails and answered our questions.

We spent the first week of Sept at this amazing condo and loved it. We had 4 adults and 2 toddlers and had more than enough room for everyone. The condo is beautiful, clean, well maintained, and spacious. The building is very nice as well, indoor pool was a little cold for the kids, but otherwise wonderful. Location is perfect. You have direct beach access and are walking distance from many restaurants and shops. Parking is a breeze in the garage. The owner is excellent as well. She is prompt, organized, and courteous. A pleasure to work with. You will be hard pressed to find a place, location, and owner as wonderful as this anywhere in OCMD.

We stayed in your condo with our friends for a week. We couldn\'t have been more pleased with the furnishings and conveniences we found, as well as how spotless it was. As owners of a cleaning business we really appreciated the attention to detail in the kitchen and bathroom areas. One recommendation we have is that we would have liked a bigger channel selection for the cable TV. We are people who like to stay in at night and watch our favorite TV shows.

The condo is amazing! It is decorated beautifully and the kitchen is fully equipped. It is kept VERY clean and the view is perfect. The owner, Trang Trinh, communicated with me quickly and thoroughly with any and all questions I had. She was great! There is a storage unit on the Mezzanine Level that is just for this condo with brand new beach chairs, umbrella, toys and a beach cart. This was very convenient as we did not have to rent chairs for the beach. The outdoor pool was refreshing and also kept very clean. Although there is not a restaurant/bar on the premises, there are many places to eat and drink that are walking distance. We will be booking this room for the same week next year! It is just PERFECT.

Condo was perfect for us. Plenty of room to spread out. Everything very clean and new. Condo comes equipped with everything you would need. Owner was very responsive, professional, and easy to deal with. Pools were beautiful. Beach in front of condo is perfect. Balcony with view perfect. Beds comfy. Condo is also in walking distance to many good restaurants. The only thing I needed to get in the car for was to grocery shop. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo.

We\'ve stayed in several condos and hotels in Ocean City over the 4 decades I\'ve been going \"down the O\", but this was by far the most comfortable, well kept place we\'ve ever stayed. Very roomy and clean condo, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, with beach chairs and umbrellas at your disposal...can\'t ask for much more than that. The view from the room to the south end of Ocean City is awesome, especially at night, with beautiful views of the Ocean and the Bay all from the balcony. The indoor and outdoor pool provided entertainment for our 7 year old son who is not a huge fan of the beach (yet). The building is very quiet and soundproof from outside noises, which is so hard to find in a beach condo, and the location in central OC is perfect for getting to the Boardwalk or north to Bethany and Rehobeth. The owners were very responsive and easy to deal with, which makes things just that much better. I would recommend this place, but I don\'t want anyone to steal it from us for next summer!

The accommodations in Ocean City were superb! The condo was very nicely furnished, clean and well-maintained, and had all of the comforts of home and more! Sitting on the balcony was very relaxing. The condo is located very close to the Boardwalk where you can enjoy more of the beach, the happenings on the Boardwalk, and numerous local restaurants. The owner was extremely gracious and kept in contact to provide service and even anticipated our needs. This is an ideal place to kick back and relax!

This was by far one of the nicest and most well equipped places we have ever stayed at. We have been coming to Ocean City, Maryland for nearly 20 years and ventured outside of our norm and stayed some place new to us. We cannot say enough about our experience and all the furnishings. It was one of the best equipped kitchens we have ever had. There was very little lacking for anything you would want to prepare during your stay. The rooms were very spacious and very comfortable. We are hoping to make all future accommodations with Gateway Grand.
