Welcome to 37 Fountain Dr., 4A, a wonderfully decorated and lightly rented 3-BR, 2-BA, Sunset Island condo - just steps from the private beach and walking path, and with a great view! As an end-unit, this property has extra windows for plenty of natural light and a bright, airy feel. Step outside onto the balcony for serene views of the wetlands and Ocean City skyline in the distance to the north. Inside you'll find upscale furnishings, comfortable sleeping for 8, and an up-to-date kitchen that is fully-equipped for eating-in on your vacation. Stroll to the beach for a day of sun & surf, or stay within this 37-acre private community to enjoy facilities such as Indoor/Outdoor Pools, Clubhouse, state-of-the-art Fitness Center, shoreline walking paths, bayside beaches, interactive fountains & more. All of this, and just minutes from Ocean City Boardwalk, amusements, shopping, dining, recreational sports, and world class golf.
This property is only available for Saturday check-in during the season and FlexStay (check-in any day of the week - 3 or 4 night minimum) during the off-season. Please call and speak with a Vacation Coordinator to confirm when the off-season begins for this property.
PLEASE NOTE: Our properties do not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
Building Registration Fee: $82.50 gets you 6 facility & 2 parking passes. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person per week.
