This is a great location, just steps away from the Roland E. Powell Convention Center & only two blocks from the Beach! This property makes it easy to enjoy Ocean City hot spots, as there are many popular restaurants, shops & activities within walking distance, including Seacrets, Jolly Roger Amusement & Water Park, Dough Roller, On the Bay Seafood, Planet Maze Putt-Putt & Laser Tag, Endless Summer Surf Shop & so much more! The North end of the Ocean City Boardwalk is less than 1/2-mile away.
Boat slips are available on a first come, first serve basis. $100 fee per week.
This property is only available for a weekly rental with a Saturday check-in dates and FlexStay (check-in any day of the week - 3 or 4 night minimum) during the off-season. Please call and speak with a Vacation Coordinator to confirm when the off-season begins for this property.
PLEASE NOTE: Our properties do not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

Linen Information:If you purchase a linen Package from one of our vendors, the linens will be delivered to the property on your arrival date. Linens are not installed on the beds. On Departure remove ALL bed linens(Sheets and Pillow cases ONLY), Bath Towels,Wash clothes,and Kitchen Towels and place them in the bags provided by the Linen Company and place them near the front door.
