Watch the boats on the bay from your balcony or take in a beautiful summer sunset. Don't feel like hitting the beach? The outdoor pool is just steps away and easily visible from this unit. The view from this 3rd floor unit can't be beat. Unit 122C is equipped with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, stackable washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 TV's, 2 DVD players, VCR, WIFI and bedding for 6 people. Reserved parking for two cars. Non-smoking. No pets, please.
Boat slips are available on a first come, first serve basis.
This property is only available for a weekly rental with a Saturday check-in dates and FlexStay (check-in any day of the week - 3 or 4 night minimum) during the off-season. Please call and speak with a Vacation Coordinator to confirm when the off-season begins for this property.
PLEASE NOTE: Our properties do not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

Linen Information:If you purchase a linen Package from one of our vendors, the linens will be delivered to the property on your arrival date. Linens are not installed on the beds. On Departure remove ALL bed linens(Sheets and Pillow cases ONLY), Bath Towels,Wash clothes,and Kitchen Towels and place them in the bags provided by the Linen Company and place them near the front door.
