This is an outstanding condo within the gates of lovely Desert Falls Country Club. Each bedroom has its own private bath, the den is set up with comfortable chairs, sofa, and a large television. High quality furnishings throughout this beautiful, smoke-free home. Excellent interior location. The back patio looks onto an open expanse of grass lawn, beyond which is a large, nearly Olympic size swimming pool and mountaintop views. |

This unit is 1 of the best equipped condos we\'ve ever rented & very comfortable. It\'s perfectly located for using the pool & has a lot of room. It\'s very tastefully decorated & there wasn\'t anything we needed that wasn\'t there---including the 4 great bikes. Would be perfect for 2 couples or 3 singles

We’ve stayed at this property several times and have not been disappointed. It’s a quiet well maintained, gated community with shops and restaurant within walking distance. The condo is immaculate, beautifully decorated, spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked, among other amenities (washer/dryer, fireplace, BBQ, etc.) for the nearby swimming pool David kindly offers rafts and even a bicycle or two for a nice ride around the community. Since we first rented this property a few years back, we’ve continually come back 2-3 times throughout the year. We don’t only come back for the great condo and amenities but because David is so pleasant to deal with and is very accommodating.

This year was our fourth Spring Break in a Palm Desert VRBO condo, and it was by far the best. Upon arrival we were instantly amazed at its luxurious size, convenient layout, and beautiful decorating. Features we loved: convenient location to gas, groceries and restaurants, beautiful furniture, well-appointed, currently decorated and open kitchen, den recliners and flat screen TV, TVs in every bedroom and kitchen, 2 indoor eating areas plus large patio, large master suite, separate laundry room, 2 full baths plus a 1/2 bath, pool floaties. Not to mention all the great assets for our teenage boys: huge pool and HOT hot tub for sore tennis muscles, beautiful pool view, giant green space with room to move between the condo and the pool, back bedroom far removed from the noise of the kitchen for teens sleeping-in, 3 bikes, Desert Falls clubhouse within biking distance for the tennis center offering free tennis (call for court time up to 5 days in advance), new workout space with plenty of machines and free weights -- also free, and driving range with unlimited balls for $10 after 3:00 PM and free club demos for those who didn\'t bring their own clubs. We will definitely be back next year -- thanks for making our stay so easy and enjoyable, David!!
