Panorama is a great octagon shaped house located directly on the beach with 2 great wrap around decks. From the top deck you can see all the way to the end of the beach. There is a kitchen and washer/dryer on each floor.
4809 Spyglass Drive is our Panorama house. Prices quoted here are for the DOWNSTAIRS portion of the home. It can be booked in conjunction with the upstairs. It is a great octagon shaped house located directly on the beach with a great wrap around deck. It is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath that will sleep a Max of 6. It is a two story house and each floor has a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The bedding for the house is 1 king size beds and 2 twin size beds. This house is a great place to spend your vacations on Panama City Beach. It is very private and beautifully decorated. The owner is meticulous about the unit, so you will love every inch of the house. It rents quickly so book it today.
Home is located on Spyglass Drive (West end of Thomas Drive area). Very close to Captain Jack's Crab Leg Buffet, Schooner's, Montego Bay, Scampi's, and many other restaurants. Home is also just a short 3 minute drive to St. Andrews Bay and the world famous Captain Anderson's Restaurant, The Boat Yard, and much more. House is absolutely beautiful.

Cancellation Policy
Ben's Beach Homes/PCBrentals will only offer a refund of monies collected if we are unable to deliver you the home reserved (Ex. Fire, Flood, Etc.). If you have to cancel, we will do everything in our power to rent your dates to another party. We will refund your money IF we are able to do so. The minimum amount guest will be charged for a cancellation is $375.
Also, you may be responsible for any difference if we obtain another reservation for a lower rate.
Deposit Policy
There is a 40% down payment to reserve all properties. The balance is due 45 days before your check-in date. If guest fails to pay balance within the next 7 days we will remove your reservation and keep your money. Once collected, monies are non-refundable. (Please see Cancellation Policy)
