Delayed Arrivals or early departures are allowed at the discretion of the renter(s) with the understanding the monthly rent is not reduced. Notification is required.
If returned in same clean condition as you received in, you will not incur any charges for cleaning at the professional going rates and receive your deposit back.
A 38.00 application fee will be required for mutiple month stays.
There is a 1 bdrm/1 bath option offered during non-peak summer season only with a limited occupany of up to two people (couple) only with no overnight visitor/occupants allowed (Limited Time special rates does not include paid electric) |
