Gorgeous Luxury 2 Bedroom/2 Bath End Unit - Highly Sought After Pu'u Po'a #313

Almost every room has a view of the ocean but unlike most other Pu’u Po’a units, ours is not just a view of the wide span of the big blue – we sit closer to the edge of the cliff and can watch the waves crashing against the cliff and reefs below. We can see the patterns of the reefs below and the multiple shades of green and blue in the water. And if we look hard enough, we can find a sea turtle or two. In the winter, it’s perfect for whale watching and a pod of dolphins has been known to pass by. If one of the North Shore rain showers happens to bring you inside, you can still feel like you are right on the beach watching all the waves go by...
Conveniently located next to the infamous St Regis where you have access to shops and dining, we also have access to TWO beaches - Pu'u Po'a Beach and Hideaways.
People from all over Princeville come to the sunset viewing spot directly next to our building. Simply walk out the door and go around the building and you have front row seating to the brilliant sunsets of Kauai.
The unit itself is filled with all the amenities from home...In each bedroom we have two high quality king sized beds with luxurious 400 thread count sheets and cozy quilts and pillows too.
The master bathroom has a walk in shower and a Japanese soaking tub while the second bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and shower. Each are filled with plush towels, a hair dryer, curling iron and convenient places to dry bathing suits.
The kitchen is well stocked with extras like a spice rack, a crock pot, waffle maker and blender in addition to the coffee maker. The table, made of solid wood, seats 8 and for those who have to work on the trip, there is a desk facing the ocean view.
The living area has a big comfy sectional, a twin sofa sleeper and a large HDTV. We offer FREE wifi internet, cable and international calls to over 70 countries.
The atrium is styled with bamboo furniture that can be made into another twin sleeper.
We’ve made our best effort to give you a few the things you might want to enjoy the activities and adventures waiting for you here on Kauai. The lanai features a closet full of beach gear like boogie boards, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach mats, and a cooler. We even have tennis rackets and balls for you to use at the onsite tennis courts.

Facts About Destination : For the first few years of our visits we loved trying new and different places to stay but then we stayed at Pu'u Po'a and we were completely blown away - no other place we had stayed even came close to comparison with the view from both inside and from the lanai, the location - we are so close to the ocean you can listen to it roar and we are within walking distance to two beaches and the shops and dining at St. Regis. The unit is huge in comparison to many others - over 2000 sqft! Our unit is also situated closer to the edge of the cliff so we can watch the waves crashing and benefit from the trade winds unlike most of the other units in the complex. We couldn't be more thrilled to own #313 in Pu'u Po'a!
Area Information : Our condo at Pu’u Po’a offers a display of the waves crashing against the rocky cliffs from almost every room. It is so exhilarating it is almost like the hours you can contently watch your new born wiggle in your arms – it’s so mesmerizing, it’s all you want to do, it’s the only place you want to be! Being from Colorado, we always wake early in Kauai and we have some great family memories sitting on the huge open lanai in the dark of the early morning hours, watching the falling stars above be brighter than you’ve ever seen while listening to the roar of the ocean below. At the end of the day, people from all over gather at the cliff next to our condo to the watch the sunset over Bali Hai. The other treasure about Pu’u Po’a is Hideaways beach is just below… incredible snorkeling and as the name indicates, it is a hidden treasure that few get to experience.

I just returned from a trip to Kauai and what a fantastic location in Princeville! The check-in and booking process was easy and the condo was well appointed. We were two couples and it was perfect. The outdoor patio is the best feature in my opinion. It was a treat to wake up and have a coffee each morning with that view and to end the day with a BBQ dinner on the patio. No AC but the breeze was good enough to keep it reasonably cool (noting the island was going through a heat wave while we were there.) Very close to the St. Regis (nice beach and bar) and Hideaway beach which was one of our favourites. It is also only a short drive to Hanalei Beach. I am a runner and enjoyed the trails for a morning workout. If you are looking to stay in Princeville, I would highly recommend staying here. Tracey was a fabulous host.

We arrived and 5 minutes later there was a giant rain storm for 2-3 hours. We were bummed, but then we went for a ride and 5 minutes down the road were 14 of the most amazing water falls coming off of the mountain which they haven't seen in a while. the night breeze is wonderful and almost made us cold. Very comfortable and wide open space for our two couple stay.

One of the nicest locations in Princeville. Condo has been recently refinished including all new furniture. Would highly recommend. Plan to stay here again during next visit.
