Vacation beach house with swimming pool

 Our house is for rent weekends-mid weeks-whole weeks and is located in Punta Leona Resort, Costa Rica, which is a beach resort at the Pacific coast close to Jaco and 60 minutes driving from San Jose. The house has 3 airconditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Jacuzzi and private swimming pool. It accomodates max. 8 persons. Unser ferienwohnung liegt in das schone Punta Leona Resort und ist ausgestattet mit 3 klimatisierte Schlafzimmer, 2 Bader, Jacuzzi und privatem Schwimmbad . Belegung ist max. 8 personen och ist zu mieten Wochenenden-Midweeks-ganze Wochen. Das Haus liegt in absoluter Ruhe und wunderschoner Landschaft und nur 500 m vom strand entfernt. Nuestra casa es de de alquiler los fines de semana-entre semana-todo semana, y se encuentra en Punta Leona Resort, Costa Rica, 15 km al norte de Jaco en el oceano Pacifico y 60 minutos en coche desde el aeropuerto de San Jose. La casa tiene 3 dormitorios con aire acondicionado, 2 ba?os, jacuzzi y piscina privada. Se acoge personas max.8 personas. The renter has access to all country club facilities in the resort by paying a  small admission, like 4 restaurants, 3 swimming pools, sport facilities and 2 beautiful white sand beaches. Playa Blanca and Playa Mantas are BLUE FLAG certified beaches and belong to the safest beaches in Costa Rica, where you can swim and snorkle among seaturtles. The resort has also a 750 acre private wildlife reserve, rich in plant, animal and exotic bird life. Wake up to the sounds of the over 330 exotic bird species living in the area and participate in an early morning nature walk , so you may spot white faced monkeys, iguanas, short nosed coatis, toucans and brilliant scarlet macaws, and others.
