At the opposite end of Linear Park, you will find the Grande and the golf clubhouse with full-service restaurants and bar. This location is unbeatable!
This one-bedroom condo has one King en-suite bedroom with 40" LED TV with Blu-Ray player and a combined lounge/dining area complete with a Pull-out Queen Sofa Bed, 55" Flat-Screen LED TV, Blu-Ray player plus a Sony PlayStation 3 games console. The TV Service has been upgraded to HD Prism TV. There is also a fully functional kitchen which is very well equipped. The dining area has a dining table with seating for 4. Both the lounge and bedroom have large sliding patio doors that lead out to the balcony which has patio table and 4 chairs.
