With a large open plan living room, poolside fire pit area, summer kitchen and covered lanai, there are plenty of spaces to relax and socialize. Experience luxury with a large private pool with spillover spa, sun shelf, and oversized patio. The home also features two additional gathering areas upstairs, a home theater and game room and two themed bedrooms. The large balcony overlooking the golf course features 6 TVs to enjoy sports games, pool table, ceiling fans and plenty of seating.

The rear pool deck is over 120 ft wide, it features a huge 35 x 16 ft pool, of which the depth ranges from 3ft to 5ft. Either side of the pool there is a large 10.5 x 6.5 ft spill over spa and 10 x 8 ft kids splash area that is 6 inches deep to enjoy.

A mandatory security deposit of $1,500 is required.
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed

Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Pool heat available for $60 a day and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.

The complimentary BBQ grill and Fire Pit are provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guest’s responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue and replenish Propane for the BBQ and Fire Pit as required.
While staying in this property you and all of your party will be able to use the majority of Reunion’s amenities such as 6 swimming pools, children’s activity program, bike hire, boutique spa, on-site restaurants, and bars.
