Located just minutes from Orlando's theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions, this luxury villa is located in Solterra Resort. Solterra resort is just a 5 minute ( 2.5 mile drive) from a Publix supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores such as Target located at Posner Park, just a 7 minute ( 4.2 mile drive) away.
Enjoy unlimited access to all the resort has plenty to offer with a state of the art clubhouse, resort pool, hot tub, well-equipped fitness room, lazy river, tennis and volleyball courts, children's playground and recreational area. There is also a poolside cafe when you enjoy food and drinks such as frozen cocktails!
Located in the Solterra community, this is a truly stunning and luxurious 6 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom villa situated on a corner plot.
As you walk-in you are greeted by the formal seating and dining area featuring a 3 seater sofa, 2 seater love seat and armchair in relaxing pastel hues, as well as a dining table seating 8. Great care has been taken to complement this house with stylish yet modern accents. Moving through the downstairs, there is a half bathroom with basin and toilet and then the kitchen which has dark wood cupboards, light granite tops, a central island and a breakfast bar seating 4. The kitchen is fully equipped for catering at home and has a 4 burner gas stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, double sink with disposal unit, large fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser and pantry.
After the kitchen is the family seating area with corner sectional, cream leather sofa with adjustable headrests, an armchair, flat-screen TV with cable television, a casual dining table seating 6 and patio doors to the pool area.
Bedroom 2 is downstairs and features a King size bed, wall mounted flat-screen TV and double wardrobe. There is an adjacent bathroom with bath/shower, basin, and WC. This bathroom has a door next to it leading directly to the pool area which means wet feet don't have to traipse through the house to get to the toilet.
The garage has been converted to a games room with pool table, air hockey, foosball table and small social table with seating for 4 people. The garage interior has been softened by cream curtaining and blue accent walls.
Upstairs you will find the spacious master bedroom suite with King size bed, armchair, flat-screen TV, his n hers walk-in closets and en-suite bathroom with corner tub, separate shower, twin basins and WC.
The media room sits at the front of the house and has a 10ft wall mounted theater screen with ample comfortable seating, surround sound and furnished balcony stretching the width of the house.
Bedroom 3 has a Full bed, a Twin bed, flat-screen TV, double closet and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, WC and twin basins. Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed, flat-screen TV, closet and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 5 has a Queen bed, flat-screen TV, double closet and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 6 has a bunk bed set with a Full bed at the bottom and twin above, flat-screen TV, small walk-in closet and adjacent bathroom with bath/shower, basin and WC.
The utility room is located upstairs and has a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
To the rear, there is a fully screened in pool area with spacious patio deck, heated pool (optional) and jacuzzi, large patio table with seating for 8 people and 4 sun loungers.
Solterra is a gated community and has a wealth of on-site facilities including a communal pool with water slide, jacuzzi and poolside cabanas, tennis courts, 5-a-side practice pitch, children's play area, fitness center, an indoor meeting/relaxing area as well as an outdoor fireplace/TV area with comfortable seating. There are shops and restaurants within a 5-minute drive and the Disney attractions are easily accessible and only 15 minutes away via Interstate 4.

Pool heat available for $25 a day and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
