Welcome to our newest villa, Luxury Estate, furnished June 2017. This custom home boasts over 10,000 sq. ft. for you and your family to enjoy throughout your vacation. There is plenty of room for all the guests with an occupancy for up to 32 guests with 10 master bedrooms, a large games room with full bar and access to a private outside fire pit, space themed theater room, outdoor kitchen, large gourmet kitchen, and more. As you pull into the driveway it will give you the warmth of your new home away from home.
As you walk into Luxury Estate you will be greeted by a beautiful foyer area and view to pool area. Feel like a chef in the large gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Gather all the family members and enjoy a meal on the dining table to seat up to 20 guests and further seating at the kitchen bar for 7. Relax by the living room areas with breathtaking views of the pool area. The home has a custom pool, large spillover spa and unique waterfall feature in the pool. Take in the Florida sun with luxurious patio furniture, a huge summer kitchen, and access to a half bathroom. There is fun on the first floor with the large games room featuring a slate pool table, a wet bar, and SMART TV, multi arcade system, and a sit-down NASCAR arcade. Surprise your party members with this home unique feature of a hidden playroom. Step inside and be wowed with a custom made ship and interactive sound and visual surprises.
This villa has a conference room that can seat up to 16 guests and can transform into a games room featuring a SMART TV and game consoles. The room will have access to a half bathroom, all located on the first floor. While vacationing with your family, this villa is the perfect home away from home.
As you make yourself to the second floor, you will find 8 master suites with king beds and en-suite bathrooms. There are 2 suites with 2 full beds with en-suites bathrooms. For the children in your group, there is Princess theme bedroom with custom built bunk beds that hold 6 twin beds. This is the case also for the fun Superhero theme bedroom. Each of the children bedrooms have large en-suite bathrooms.
Sit back, relax, and enjoy the Space themed theater room with seating for 17 as well as bean bags on the floor, snack bar, and access to a half bathroom. This home allows you to continue your daily workout routine with a fully equipped fitness room. This villa is truly the perfect villa to make memories to last a lifetime for your next family vacation.

There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Pool heat available for $60 a day and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.

The complimentary BBQ grill and Fire Pit are provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guest’s responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue and replenish Propane for the BBQ and Fire Pit as required. While staying in this property you and all of your party will be able to use the majority of Reunion's amenities such as 6 swimming pools, children's activity program, bike hire, boutique spa, on-site restaurants, and bars.
Please note: The inside fireplace is not for guest use at this property and this vacation home is provided for the general vacation use only. Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed occupancy. Only Guests’ whose names are on the Rental Agreement are authorized to stay in the home. This property is located at Reunion Resort which is a gated community and association rules that are monitored.
